You do this in scenarios where you have concerns about the quality of the Internet connection. This option allows you to use your phone for the microphone and speaker while watching the content in the Teams client. On the pre-join meeting screen, there is an option for Phone Audio. This is referred to as call-me-at or dialing-out from a meeting.
